We ship using the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) via Priority Mail International with insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time for international packages, although the U.S. Postal Service estimates 6-10 business days. Oopa Baby fills out a Customs form with an accurate description of the items you have purchased and their value for every shipment. International Shipping Charges:
RETURN POLICY Remember that ring slings take practice. Count on a 1-3 day learning curve and don't be discouraged if the first time you put baby in, you both aren't immediately in heaven, be persistent! Please, please, please contact us! We can be reached by phone at 1.866.755.9411, or email info@oopababy.com. We are here to help you get comfortable with your sling – it’s what we love and what we do best! We happily accept returns or exchanges of new, un-used items, sent to us with all of their original packaging within 10 (ten) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, there are no returns of sale items. Returns or exchanges do not include shipping and handling costs and may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Return Process Here’s how it works: 1. You must receive written confirmation from Oopa Baby indicating that we can accept your return before sending anything back to us. 2. Send us an email to info@oopababy.com telling us about your purchase and the reason you need to make a return. We will make every effort to respond to you within 24 hours with a confirmation email, indicating that we are prepared to accept your return. 3. In this email, we will provide you with return shipping information and any necessary instructions. 4. Please include a printed copy of this confirmation email with your package, to ensure that your return is processed correctly. 5. Within 2-5 days of receipt and inspection of your package, we will credit your credit card for the purchase price of the item you bought, less any shipping and handling charges. Defective Merchandise If your sling is in any way defective, that’s a different story. Contact us immediately at info@oopababy.com. We will replace any defective merchandise or refund your money. Whichever you prefer. No questions asked. |
